This butterfly gets so bored with its clothes. The orange-barred sulphur, Phoebis philea, changes from deep crimson to oranges and light pinks with each season. The first to arrive in spring and the last to leave in fall, it's a city-dweller, often found on cassia plants in urban areas. Ranging from the Keys to Argentina, it is particularly prominent during the fall southward migration.
