Shipping Policy

Domestic and International Shipping

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Lead time is approximately 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping within the United States. International shipping costs depend on several factors, including your location and the weight of the order, and will be provided on the checkout screen. You will receive a shipping confirmation which will include the shipping method for your package and a tracking number. Customer is responsible for tracking the package once the order has been processed and has left the studio. If your order is Returned to Sender due to an address mistake by the customer or neglect to pick up from the carrier, customer will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping.

International Shipments

For international shipments we use a tracked service with one of our international couriers. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking details as soon as your items are dispatched. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required. To ensure a seamless delivery experience with no surprise fees at delivery, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are calculated and collected directly at checkout. Return Policy

 

Our 60-day Satisfaction Promise

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a complimentary 60-day return and exchange window. You have 60 days from delivery to experience your sculpture. If you are not entirely delighted for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange. To honor the craftsmanship of each piece, items must be returned in their original condition and original gallery packaging.

Receive Your Label: We will email you a prepaid, fully insured shipping label and packing instructions.

Ship Your Package: Securely pack your sculpture and send it to our studio:

Note: All returns must be authorized by our team before shipment to ensure full insurance coverage.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange a piece is to return your current sculpture for a refund and place a new order online.

Processing: Once your sculpture arrives at our studio and passes inspection, we will issue your refund.

Timeline: Refunds credit back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank to post the transaction.

Transit Assurance

Every sculpture is meticulously packaged and fully insured during transit.

Damages: If your sculpture arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@flipbookmachine.com. We will arrange a priority replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Warranty

Manufacturing Warranty: We provide a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect develops under normal conditions of use, we will repair or replace the damaged item without charge.
