Shipping

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday. Lead time is approximately 1-2 business days. 

Shipping costs depend on several factors - including your location and weight of the order - and will be provided on the checkout screen.

You will receive a shipping confirmation which will include the shipping method for your package and a tracking number.

Flipbook Machine is not responsible for tracking your package once the order has been processed and has left the factory.

International Shipping

For international shipments we use a tracked service with one of our international couriers. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched.

At the checkout page you will see the shipping cost which is included in the order total.

International duties and taxes are now calculated and collected at checkout for most countries including the EU and UK, making it easier and more straightforward. Therefore, the total amount shipped to your door will be displayed. However, some countries, including Brazil, will  show only the shipping amount. In this case, the import duties and taxes will be paid when the shipment reaches your country. The carrier will contact you through phone or email to pay the duties, and after payment, the shipment will be released and delivered to your door usually the same day or within 1 business day.

1-Year Manufacturing Limited Warranty

Flipbook Machine offers a limited one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect has been identified upon receipt of item, or develops under normal conditions of use, Flipbook Machine will repair or replace the damaged item, at their option, without charge. 

Damage to the papers caused by touching, knocking, dropping or mishandling is not covered. However, a new set of papers can be replaced in the machine if they become damaged for a flat fee. The piece should be sent to us and we will install the new papers and return it to you in a timely manner.
